COLLECTION MADEMOISELLE CÉLESTINE BRAQUENIÉ

Once again, we explored our archives for this collection named “Mademoiselle Celestine”. The French 18th Century remains an inexhaustible source of inspiration for lovers of all things beautiful. This collection, which comprises embroideries, prints, jacquards and stripes, revisits our emblematic “household” fabrics while also giving birth to previously unedited motifs. Silk, cotton, linen… the emphasis is placed on the nobility of natural materials. Jane Austen, Elisabeth Vigée Le Brun, Charlotte Brontë… These figures from the past influenced our choice of romantic and feminine colors, evoking the muted ambiance of the boudoirs of the time. The richness of large embroidered flowers or the small motifs, are adapted to all atmospheres and styles.
